Times: 9 am Mon. and Thurs. (7,14,21,28,10,17,24) 1:30 pm Wed. and Fri. (July 9,16,23,30,11,18,25). You choose two ice times to skate in the week that are best for your schedule. Refunds for medical injury only. Different schedule on Thurs. July 24 and no ice July 31. Focus is balance points, fundamentals of skating with proper biomechanics of stride, increased power and speed, transitions, one-on-one coaching, results, and video when needed.
